Custom Workspace/ Master-Level Filters

Ability to create Custom Master Filters / Views that hold as you navigate "Menu" folders (i.e. inbox, today, etc); have option to pin favorite views as buttons for quick navigation.

Would be ideal if it could include multi-level filter capability on Folders, Projects, Sections, Tags with some basic operands. Blend TickTick ease of custom filter creation and universal filter functionality of "Areas" in Everdo.
