Custom “This Weekend” Option in Replan Prompt
I’d love for the Replan suggestion box to include a “This Weekend” option, with the ability to customize what days that includes. For example, my weekend starts on Friday, so I often bump personal tasks there when my workweek gets too full. Right now, Akiflow defaults to Saturday/Sunday, but having the flexibility to define “weekend” based on my own schedule would be super helpful!

Great idea, Josh! Adding options like “Next Month” would definitely make replanning faster.
For now, I’d suggest adding the specific month instead so when that month becomes This Month, it will automatically show on the Overview of the Upcoming page, so you can track it easily. Also, you can check this by switching to the Monthly view on the Upcoming page to see how it looks.
I’ll also share your feedback with the team. Quick question: which replan options do you use most often?

Alternatively, repeat the replan option. Ex : I am browsing through a daily list of tasks. I replan one task for next week. And the second one also for the next week, etc. So I can browse throught all the tasks I want to replan for next week without having to type “next week” each type

Thanks for the suggestion! That’s a really handy idea! 😊
Another way to do this is with a bulk action:
Multi-select all the tasks you want to replan.
Press the hotkey “P” — this will bring up a prompt to plan all the selected tasks at once.
In the prompt, scroll down and choose the Upcoming timeframes you want.
This lets you replan multiple tasks for the same timeframe without typing it each time since the options are listed on the prompt already, super handy when working through your daily list!
