Users are asking for a dedicated Goals feature in Akiflow — the ability to define high-level objectives and link tasks/projects to them to track progress toward those goals.

A user asked: "Does Akiflow have anything like this [Goals feature] either now or in the future plans?"

Use cases:

  • Set monthly/quarterly goals (OKRs or personal goals)
  • Link tasks and time blocks to a specific goal
  • Track progress toward each goal visually

    Progress Tracking for Goal-Based Tasks

    It would be helpful to have a feature in Akiflow that allows users to track progress for goals like reading a specific number of pages in a book over a set period. For example, if a user sets a goal to read 30 pages a day to complete a 300-page book in 10 days, Akiflow could show the current progress as a percentage, display the remaining pages or tasks.
