The most powerful Akiflow would be one that brings the flow and speed of shortcuts not only to the task list and the calendar but also to processing your email inbox.
Will Akiflow add email inbox management to the product? I'd like to be able to manage my email inbox directly inside Akiflow, not just turn starred or flagged emails into tasks.

Add native email integrations (e.g., Gmail, Outlook) directly to the left sidebar under “Integrations.” When a user clicks on their connected email account, it would load their inbox within Akiflow. From there, users could drag and drop emails directly into their Akiflow Inbox or convert them into tasks—without needing to switch to their external email client. This would streamline workflow and centralize task and communication management inside Akiflow.

To my opinion, the best solution is a viewer (not importing the emails), but just displaying them, a peephole in gmail without even opening gmail. Those of interest are dragged into the calendar or task manager and no longer appear in the viewer, and at the same time they are archived in gmail (or other)

Stefania: Yeah - but I know this is one of those "sometime in the next few YEARS" whole feature roadmap suggestions. Basically I like what you're doing and your attitude towards product design and usability. So this request is about growing that one day into a true tech-forward Outlook replacement. I don't need the fancy CRM / Marketing features a la Superhuman (which are, to them, most of their value prop), I'd just like a way to power through my emails quickly using the straightforward "inbox -> file -> plan -> action" flow you have made with the Task flow. Being able to process multiple inboxes and say "ok, no action item, archive (or delete)" or "action item - put this on my task list with this task" (and maybe even a default "I just need to reply to this" task shortcut) with quick and easy shortcuts.
