Enhanced Text Formatting and Clickable Links/Phone Numbers

Improve the text editing experience by enabling automatic formatting, such as converting hyphens (-) into bullet points when typing. Additionally, phone numbers and links in task descriptions should automatically become clickable, allowing users to interact with them directly without needing to copy and paste.
