Feature Request: Prevent Aki from auto-assigning tasks to hidden projects

The customer requests that the AI project auto-assignment tool ("Aki") should not assign tasks to projects that have been hidden from the sidebar. The customer considers these projects to be "archived" and expects them to be excluded from auto-assignment. Currently, Aki continues to assign tasks to projects hidden from the sidebar because they are not officially archived or fully hidden in the system. This behavior has been identified as a feature request. A secondary, less critical request was also made for a future ability to filter "archived" projects.
