Focus mode: keep subtasks panel open with full titles

In Focus mode, subtasks only open as a small pop-up that closes as soon as you click elsewhere, and long subtask titles get cut off. It would help to have an option to keep the subtasks visible as a proper panel while working on the parent task, so the full titles can be read.

Original request from Wisse: "in full-screen task mode, I would like the option to toggle the visibility of the subtasks, so that they don't show up in a sort-of pop-up style, but an actual window. [...] 'lock' visibility of the subtasks, so I can actually see the full titles and what not."
