For my flagged email, NEED to see the email message in the description of the task

This is never frustrating. I cannot see what the email is about and have to click on a new link, log in to another site, and come back to the task to even know what it’s for. Come on, guys, this is a simple, important. Why do I have to go through a complicated Zapier process just to do this? This should be the first thing completed in Aki.
