Github: import based on reviewers in addition to assignees

We are not using assignees on Github, only reviewers. Issue tracking is done on Jira.

Right now Akiflow seems to only import pull requests for which I am assigned and thus is not working for me.

I would love for reviewers to also be considered when importing into Akiflow.
