HQ/Hub Dashboard to manage your entire business in one place
An all-in-one Hub or HQ dashboard inside Akiflow where you can manage your entire business — projects, tasks, key metrics, and workflows — without switching to another tool. The goal is to make Akiflow the single source of truth so users can delete every other app. Think of it as a command center: a customizable dashboard that surfaces what matters most across all your projects and integrations in one view.

Content planning and management is probably one of the biggest stuck points for founders, solopreneurs, entrepreneurs etc (My client base is founders and execs, so I know their pain points intimately), which I would imagine would/should be a target demographic for Akiflow. As a founders or honestly any professional today is also simultaneously building a personal brand which requires content across multiple mediums, including newsletters, 5+ social media platforms, just to do the bare minimum. Keeping track of that from a productivity perspective is a full time job in itself. Thats why the hub would be so crucial, being able to log in, see what tasks you had, what content you needed to film, write, schedule, check your calendar (would love an editorial/planning calendar view — like a basic Google doc view where you can see all your content at a snapshot, link ideas etc), and a general view that shows everything. The idea that you can easily view what's needed task wise to support varying aspects of your business in a few clicks rather that having to open, google docs, notion, a calendar, a dashboard, etc. You'll notice that click up and notion both realized that's what people started using their tools for organically and attempted to build functionality to support it but it doesnt have the UX/UI or DNA that Akiflow has with seamless technology so its a disaster. Hope to see this come to life! It would be a life saver.

Extremely worthwhile!
Fits with direction akiflow as “universal toolbox” to help bridge gap of scattered tools and data.
