With hubspot mcp, you can chat with your sales pipeline to understand priorities and book meetings, otherwise you end up blocking task/sales pipeline in akiflow to spend time checking hubspot which is not in sync with akiflow once you do deep dive there.
If you can sync, email, notion, slack, git, you should sync hubspot (read/write)

Hello Everyone! We recently came across this thread that is relevant to this request and it might be helpful to share it here:
Jeson P It "technically" works. In that yes you can pull the task through, but unless the client name / deal name is in the title of the task, you can't actually see what the task is about because all the available fields, aside from the Task Metadata field and Notes, are IDs. Like Company IDs, Deal IDs which are just numbers. So it's impossible to know who or what that task is about.
I tried adding a search step as well, on the IDs but the Hubspot in Zapier let's you search via many fields, but not the IDs. You can search for the company name, deal name, contact name etc.. but not the IDs. Catch 22.

I need a way to trigger when a akiflow task is completed. If we could add the task ID to akiflow in the description then we could use an automation tool if akiflow makes a triger based on when a task is completed, I can search Hubspot for the task ID and close/complete the task. Would love to do this!

Ability to bring in from Hubspot: tickets assigned to me, tasks assigned to me and to be able to create tasks from messages in the Hubspot inbox in the same way that it works in Gmail.
