Import Notion properties into Akiflow projects

Loving the new Notion integration, but would love to be able to automatically assign labels based on a Select or Relation property.

Already 4 years that the community asking for that, can you reconsider to develop this feature ? This would be a game-changer for most of Akiflow users. Thanks

Nicolas Fasani: Totally hear you! We're currently focused on other key improvements, but given the high demand, we'll definitely revisit this feature in the future.

Lacking this feature (especially since Akiflow is paid) makes users feel the need to move to other competitors to fulfill their needs :(

Owais Sayeed (Owais Sayeed): This is important for us! We will include this to our factors about prioritizing feature improvements!

This is absolutely critical for me. I love how Akiflow works once my tasks are all sorted out, but importing 100+ items from Notion without key properties transferring over has been an exhausting, extremely tedious process.

Molly: I understand, thanks for sharing Molly! This is very long and tedious to develop, this is why we are not prioritising it over other improvements, but I'll keep you posted about this.

Stefania: This comment may not come across the way you intended. What it says to me is, "Our priorities are to avoid things that are long and tedious, even if it means passing on the long and tedious labor to the people who are paying us to build and improve the app."

Molly Agreed - this would be a huge improvement and worth the investment!

I run and manage multiple businesses and have a busy social schedule. To manage these responsibilities I use Notion as a planning and collaboration tool. All "Tasks" that are planned and need to be done for each company are grouped into "Areas". All "Tasks" (things that need to be done by myself or others) belong to an "Area", and every "Area" is represented in a Notion database as a property. My question regarding the integration was, I'd like to import these already defined “Areas” from Notion into Akiflow so that they are automatically assigned and synched with an Akiflow Label or Folder.

Agree! Akiflow will acquire MANY Notion users with better Notion integration.

Yes this would be great. Also the ability to use database entry as potential calendar entries. Otherwise I have some information int he Notio Calendar which I cannot see in the same way in Akiflow and it duplicates as Akiflow creates an entry in my calendar for the Notion database item. Attached are the screenshots from Calendly and from Notion Calendar

Patrice Gorin: Hi Patrice! can you confirm that you are importing the task "5 min to respond" from Notion to Akiflow, and then on Notion Calendar you see it twice cause it's locked in Akiflow and in Notion? Thanks!

潘奕兆 Pan: Hi! Not at all, but it's very long to develop so we couldn't take the time to work on it so far, I'll keep you posted about it. Thanks:)

Would be great! Maybe in a way that the Notion property "Select" would be imported as Labels and the Notion "Multi-select" as Tags?!

Yes! Supper helpful for knowing for what client the task is for and what project.

Plus one for this! Especially when it comes to Relations.
