Improve Swipe-Down Gesture to Close Mobile Inbox & Today View

In the mobile Inbox and Today view, closing the view currently requires using the drag handle. When at the top of the task list (or if the list is empty), swiping down only triggers a ‘bounce’ effect instead of closing the view. It would be more intuitive if a swipe-down gesture, similar to the search function, could close the view.
