Improve UX for mobile capture page

The capture page is POORLY designed, yet can be improved quite easily.

1. Move the box app so when I open the keyboard it doesn’t need to jump app
2. Allow more date options or date picker (a button for next week, later this week can also be enough)
3. Let we use # for tags
   I know it’s a workaround but every time I use it it makes me like Akiflow a little bit less. It’s that annoying.
