In between options for Light/ Dark color mode

I was wondering if an appearance option between light and dark could be implemented? Like a beige or cream? I just ask because I find that I'm far more productive with light mode, but seeing particular lines and things of that nature are a bit hard with the full light mode / is harsh on the eyes.
