Inline subtask creation during new task setup

Allow subtasks to be added at the time a new task is being created, instead of requiring the task to be finished first. Currently, to add known subtasks to a new task, the task must be created, then found, opened, and Subtasks selected before any can be added. A suggested interaction: RETURN enters the task; OPT-RETURN creates the task and opens the subtask window.
