Integration: Improve Zoom Meeting Integration & Remove Extra Akiflow Link

Currently, when creating a Zoom meeting through Akiflow, the Zoom link isn’t added to the Location field. In Outlook, the Zoom link is automatically placed in the Location, which makes it easier to access and looks more professional. Akiflow should replicate this behavior so meetings are clearer and more user-friendly.

Additionally, Outlook includes more contextual information when creating meetings, making the overall invite look cleaner and more informative. It would be great if Akiflow could improve in this area too.

Another concern: meetings created via Akiflow include an additional Akiflow link at the bottom of the invite. It would be preferable not to have this added, since it’s just another link that may confuse participants.

Goal:

1. Add Zoom links directly into the Location field (like Outlook does).

2. Improve formatting and contextual info in meeting invites.

3. Remove the extra Akiflow link from meeting invites for paying customers.
