Integration: Integration Health Status & Failure Notifications

It would be helpful to have a way to monitor the “health” of integrations—such as a status indicator or notification system—when something stops syncing properly. Currently, there's no way to know if an integration is silently failing, which can lead to missed tasks. A heads-up or visual indicator would help users catch issues early and stay on top of their work.
