Join week and daily planning rituals on first day of the week

Having the daily planning ritual with an automatically trigger is awesome, but having the weekly planning being done together to the first day of the week would improve that process. Or, at least, having the option to automatically trigger the weekly plan before the daily one would improve the planning process.
