Keep my calendar colors the same when viewing team member's calendar

It would be nice if my calendar colors remained the same when viewing a team member's calendar. After years of using my calendar color scheme, I find it unnecessarily cumbersome to change the colors. It slows down my efficiency to have to reorient myself to a new color scheme. If any colors are the same, the team members calendar color should change, not mine.
