Leverage External Project Structures for AI Task Assignment

Many tools Akiflow integrates with, like Asana, already have well-structured project systems. It would be great if Akiflow AI could recognize and use these existing structures to assign tasks more intelligently. Instead of relying solely on internal patterns, having the AI reference external project data could improve accuracy and reduce the need for manual adjustments.
