Leverage NLP for AI Assistant to create events and share availabilities

Hello! I’d like to suggest a feature that leverages NLP for scheduling events. For instance, I regularly schedule weekly personal training sessions on Sunday nights and send my availability to my coach. With this feature, the process would work as follows:

1. In Akiflow, the user opens the AI-assisted scheduling dialog.

2. The user queries the AI assistant with a request such as, ‘Please check my availability for next week on weekday evenings for two separate 1-hour training sessions.’

3. The AI assistant runs in the background to allocate two 1-hour events on the user’s calendar, considering preset buffer times.

4. The user can mark certain timeframes as unavailable and iterate with the AI until suitable timeslots are found.

5. The AI assistant generates a summary of the arrangement, which the user can easily send to the recipient (e.g., a coach) for confirmation of availability via instant messaging.

This feature would streamline the scheduling process, making it efficient and user-friendly.
