Line Markers

I've attached a quick mockup for it. You know the time line thing on the left, showing one's current time, i.e., where one is in the day?

I would love to be able to add a fixed line label. E.g., "Start eating window". But I don't want that as a task and I don't want it as a time slot. I start my eating window in the late afternoon, but there are different time slots and events and tasks between where those markers ought to be.

I should be able to control markers down to the minute, and markers ought to be recurring and taggable (with customizable colors).
