Make it so tasks can be marked as partially completed and a set amount of time on a task can be scheduled

Please make it so I can say that I have spent a certain amount of time on a task and show it visually with a progress bar. Additionally, make it so I can plan in my calendar to spend a specific amount of time on a task.
