Make Section Locations More Prominent in the UI & Improve Section Creation Guidance

Currently, there is no clear visual indication or guidance on how to create and organize sections when managing projects and folders. This can make structuring projects confusing, especially for new users.

Proposed improvements:

1. Provide clear instructions or a quick hint on how to create sections within a project.

2. Make section locations more visually prominent (e.g., bold headers, sticky headers, or a dedicated UI element) so users can easily see and navigate between sections.
