Meeting Assistant available for purchase on Teams plan

Users on the Teams plan can't find a way to purchase or enable Meeting Assistant at the team/org level. The add-on should be purchasable and manageable directly from the Teams plan billing/admin interface, not just for individual accounts. Reported by a Teams plan user who explicitly looked for this option and couldn't find it.
