Microsoft Teams Meeting Option when Creating a Meeting

Is there a way when asking Aki to create a meeting, to enable the Microsoft Teams Meeting toggle of the meeting in the calendar? We use Teams almost exclusively for all meetings, so in general will want that option enabled whenever a meeting is created or at least indicate to Aki that we want the toggle enabled.
