I realise this is an early Beta - so I expect this is on the roadmap. Currently there is no rich text capability in a task description on mobile - either in creating it or viewing it. ie. no headers, links, check boxes etc. Also if you have a task with rich text in the description (created on desktop etc.) and try and edit it on mobile - all the rich text is lost including checkboxes etc.
