Modify Keyboard Navigation Behavior for List Scrolling

List should not cycle back to the top or bottom when holding down up/down arrow key. It is much better for it to stop at the end of the list or at the very beginning. The reason this is useful is so you can more easily navigate to the end of your list without looping back around. Maybe you are triaging your list of 40+ tasks (or in my case 100's, sometimes) and you start to get a sense for a group of tasks near the bottom. Being able to get to the end of the list via keyboard would be very useful. Then likewise when going back to the top.

Could be a setting since I'm sure some people like being able to loop around, but it's counterintuitive and cumbersome to me.
