Mouse wheel scroll when moving item

Currently the only way to move task from midnight to other day early morning is to hold task near top and wiggle it left-right so that it scrolls somehow. Ideally this behaviour would be smoother, but I also propose ability to continue using scroll wheel so that it's more accurate.

    Vladislav Thanks for this! I was wondering if you could add a short clip? It would really help us to understand this request with a short clip added. :)

      In this clip i try to move afternoon event to next-dat morning and it's tedious. And you can't use mouse scroll to do so. Alternative is to put into todo and then scroll and take from todo
