Mouse wheel scroll when moving item

Currently the only way to move task from midnight to other day early morning is to hold task near top and wiggle it left-right so that it scrolls somehow. Ideally this behaviour would be smoother, but I also propose ability to continue using scroll wheel so that it's more accurate.
