Move Priority button to bottom bar (Mobile & Desktop)

I want the priority button to be moved from the top right to the bottom bar. When using it on mobile, it's not intuitive that the bar has all of the settings from project to tags to links, but then the goal setting is in the top right. I recommend this change for the desktop UI as well. The current UX follows a pattern where planning/time is top left and everything else is bottom left, so having Priority in the top right is frustrating and inconsistent. It would be much better to have the priority setting button with the other bottom controls.

    I want the priority button to be moved from the top right to the bottom bar alongside other settings like projects, tags, and links. On mobile, it's not intuitive that the bar has most settings but the goal/priority setting is in the top right. This follows the pattern of having control centers for planning (top left) and everything else (bottom left). Having priority in the top right is frustrating and inconsistent with the rest of the UX. I recommend this change for both mobile and desktop.
