Hi, I responded to the email and assumed that it would in-turn create a response on this ticket. I will copy paste the response below: Sorry the issue is as below: If I have an upcoming task at say 4pm and I then complete that task at 2pm. I still receive a calendar notification at 4pm, even though I’ve marked the task as done. Is there a way to automatically remove the task from my calendar once it is marked as done?

Shastri: Hi Shastri, are your tasks locked in calendar? Do you receive the notification from Akiflow or from Google Calendar? Thank you!

Hi Shastri, I checked and we don't send notifications for upcoming tasks if they are already marked as done. Which notification are you referring to?

Stefania: The notifications come from my apple icloud calendar. Could it update the settings for that event once the task is marked as complete in Akiflow?
I complete task in Akiflow
Akiflow updates the calendar event to not send notifications/reminders for it
