Notion someday/snooze date fields

I have a someday/snooze date (and checkbox) in Notion for snoozed/someday items. I want to sync the someday state of a task in between Notion and Akiflow.

I actually have two date columns and a single checkbox for someday and snooze behavior, but I could accommodate it to some Akiflow setup if necessary. Ideally I'd like to match a checkbox that marks an item as someday item -> this would be matching the someday state in Akiflow. And a snooze date in Akiflow that would just match a snooze date in Notion. The someday date I'd explain some other time, but the previous two are most important.
