Offer a full task form with fields when I open the global command bar to create a new task

When creating a new task from the command bar, it'd be great if there was a way to get a fully verbose task form (could be exactly what you get when you edit an existing task). That would allow me to enter all relevant information into a new task without having to memorize all of the special shortcodes.
