I would like to request this, as my organization will not allow me to connect third party apps to my outlook calendar, so the calendar functionality is not useful for me and I only use akiflow to capture and track tasks, not add them as time slots to my calendar.
Ability to close and hide the calendar fully and show tasks only
on ios and on desktop app. For example on ios I don’t want to see the calendar

Just another note to renew this request. Every time I come back to Akiflow I really miss this option! Often I’m working and want to keep tasks (or maybe just key tasks) visible in a small window on my screen while I work on other things. Being forced to see the calendar at all times means the window is comparatively huge and gets in my way, so I have to just minimize it. It’s also really helpful when working down a subtasks list. Can’t we have the option to just see tasks sometimes?

Just a note to renew this request. It's not fancy or sexy, but it's the kind of flexibility that makes a task manager so much more versatile. As shared below, the Focus View that this would make possible (for example, in a pinned TimeSlot, or with our P1s that day) would be very cool. Hope we can move this up the list!

I'd love to have the option to only see my Inbox, my Today list or the list of tasks in a project. Collapsing the left side menu is already possible.
Collapsing the calendar would be all that is necessary. :)

Oh gosh yes. I've been looking for this in the app! I didn't realize it wasn't available. It's so great to be able to shrink a to-do list down and have it sit in the corner of your screen when you don't need the calendar. That's sort of possible here but messy in the way it squashes the calendar. I'd love to have keyboard stroke that turned it into something like the iOS task view, with dates across the top. Thanks in advance for taking a look at this again!

Would be good to have a focus mode to just see upcoming tasks or next task. Small sidebar/popup somewhere on the screen

This could be a good idea if the calendar is replaced by something else (cards, eisenhower matrix or something like this). Or it could just be a "Focus" view with nothing more than the tasks of the day
