Option to Disable Automatic Conference Tool Insertion for Events with Participants

Akiflow currently auto-adds a default conference tool (like Zoom) when participants are added to an event. This can be inconvenient for users who don’t always need a video call. Add a setting to disable or customize this behavior.

    Release 2.81 adds a No conferencing option for each calendar account. Select it under Default conference tools to prevent Akiflow from automatically adding a meeting link when you add participants. You can still choose a conference tool manually for an individual event.

    The update is rolling out gradually, so this option may not appear for everyone immediately.
