Option to Disable or Customize Event Reminders for Outlook-Synced Events

Currently, Akiflow automatically adds reminders to events synced from Outlook-connected accounts. It would be helpful to have an option to:

-Disable automatic reminders for all synced events.

-Enable/disable reminders on a per-event basis for greater customization.
