personal profile to keep work and personal tasks separate
I love using Akiflow for work, but I also want to use it for personal task management and keep the work tasks/calendar completely separate from personal and be able to switch between then desktop, web, and mobile apps.

100% - I love Akiflow for work tasks, but I refrain from using it privately as I don’t want to open Akiflow in the weekend/ after hours and be reminded of all the work waiting for me 🙈
A toggle or something similar would be amazing, paired with AKI auto suggesting private or work

Hi Doug Reale! Glad to hear you love using Akiflow for work! You can definitely use it for personal task management while keeping your work tasks and calendar separate. You can connect both Google or Outlook calendars and organize tasks accordingly. While there's no built-in workspace-switching feature yet, you can manage separation using sections, labels, or different calendars for time blocking.
Having a second switchable calendar in the platform sounds like a great idea as well! Once the team starts working on this, we'll definitely notify you.
