Problem with Todoist integration and sync

I set up the Todoist integration, however I'm always getting an alert that configuration is needed when it is already configured, and I am always getting a prompt when I complete a task. What do I do in Todoist, even though I've already checked the box to replicate this? I always have to check. I always have to get that prompt dialogue box asking what to do in Todoist when I complete a Todoist task in Acuflow. No matter how many times I check the box, it doesn't take, which adds more friction to completing tasks in Acuflow for Todoist.

I need support, but I see no way to contact technical support through the app. That's obvious to me.
