Project Descriptions with Links

It would be very helpful to allow users to add a description field to projects, where they can include notes, context, and clickable links.

This description would work similarly to how emojis can currently be added to projects—easy to access and visible at the project level. It would be especially useful for adding reference links, documentation, or shared resources related to the project, without needing to create separate tasks.
