Project filter on tasks: select all / none / some projects at once

When filtering my tasks by project, I'd like the filter to let me quickly choose between all projects, none of them, or some (a specific subset).

Today selecting the projects I want is tedious — there's no quick way to select everything or clear everything and then pick just the few projects I care about.
