Provide UI to add a project near the top of the project list

Adding a new project or folder in the sidebar requires that you scroll to the bottom of your project list. If you use a lot of projects (like I do) then this UI is off the bottom of the screen and then you can't see how to add a new project because it's hidden. I suggest a + sign next to the small caps "projects" title in the sidebar to add a new project or folder. You could still keep the + Add at the bottom of the list.
