I have 5 calendars and use Calendarbridge to sync busy blocks just like Alex described using Clockwise. It'd be great if I could filter all of the blocks (which all have the word Calendarbridge in the subject) leaving notifications only for the "canonical" event.
This also impacts the "yesterday's recap" events, see attached, though I acknowledge that's a separate thing… but pointing it out in case a generalized solution might solve for both usecases.
Sunsama has somehow figured out how to filter out those duplicates, see second attached.

Exactly same use case that Rafael and Alex are commenting here

I'd love this feature! I use Clockwise to create "Busy" blocks on my work calendar for any events I have on my personal calendar1. That means I get a double notification for every event on my personal calendar, and the Akiflow calendar menubar entry shows "Busy (via Clockwise …" instead of the name of the personal event, which would be useful. In my Google Calendar, all these busy events are created with notifications turned off, so it appears that Akiflow is not using that setting.
I've attached a screenshot showcasing these problems.
