Set Week and Month views to Monday-Sunday

In the macOS app, please add a setting to choose the first day of the week so the Week and Month calendar views can display Monday through Sunday instead of Sunday through Saturday. Ideally, the same preference would apply consistently across the other Akiflow apps and the shared availability view where appropriate.

This is the standard calendar layout for many European users and makes weekly planning much easier.
