Share availability: add option for physical location instead of conference link

Physical location option: I don’t see a physical location option in Akiflow, just zoom links. I do a fair number of in-person meetings so I can’t use Akiflow bookings links for those right now. This is one of my biggest hangups with Akiflow booking links.
