Shortcut: Use same shortcut to close the open window (e.g. Show Availability or Meet with)

We would like to request an enhancement where the same keyboard shortcut used to open a feature (e.g., "Show Availabilities" or "Meet With") can also be used to close it.

    This is in regards to the Windows Desktop app where 'A' is used as a shortcut to open Show Availabilities, but 'Esc' is required to close the window. And 'Ctrl+m' to open Meet With, but 'Esc' is required to close the window. Ideally the same shortcut would toggle both the open and close of the window.
