Show all / Hide all toggle switch on the calendar

The same recommendations on the project group will apply to the calendar settings. When selecting the calendars I want to display in my AKIFLOW VIEW sometimes I just want to see one of them (E.g. only birthdays) so a good option would be to SHOW ALL vs HIDE ALL calendars so I don't need to toggle on and off each one each time.
