Simplified Onboarding / First-Session Flow

I want a simplified first-session onboarding flow. New users get exposed to too much upfront, which makes it harder to reach a quick win. Simplifying the first experience usually improves retention significantly. I can outline a cleaner first-session flow based on your current setup if helpful.
