Start your day/Shutdown Notes

I would love to be able to add notes for my day as part of the rituals. Like for instance with Shut down I would like to be able to say what I did today. And maybe a spot for things I need to follow up on that could carry to the next day (the notes part). Would just be nice to capture my thoughts on the day. Similar to the emoji rating, but notes.
