Subtasks shouldn't appear separately in Inbox/Unscheduled once parent is scheduled

When a subtask is added to a parent task, the subtask still shows up independently in the Inbox and Unscheduled list — even if the parent task itself is scheduled/placed. This defeats the purpose of nesting: subtasks should inherit the parent's placement state and not clutter Inbox/Unscheduled separately.
